Candidate must possess a strong analytical thinking and enjoys solving problems. Able to thrive in a high pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in managing, supporting and deploying WAN/IPVPN network
- Actual hands-on experience in configuring router for WAN environment
- Ability to diagnose network alerts, events or issues
- Understanding of common information architecture frameworks
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Fast learner. Self initiative to quickly learn new network solutions, products and technologies.
- Ability to address issues and conflicts, professionally and amicably
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
- Assist in Pre and Post Sales activities
Job Requirements
- Degree in Network Communications
- Valid Cisco CCNA / FortiGate or equivalent Certification
- Minimum 5 years post CCNA certification experience
- Previous Customer Service or Helpdesk experience, a plus
- Good oral and written communication skills
