Job Description
- Troubleshoot and respond to client based on the ticket assigned
- Schedule standby during non-office hour by rotation.
- In house IT support issue
- Testing and diagnosing software and network issue onsite and online support.
- On boarding and revisit training for clients
- Manage customer issue and feedback during implementation
Job Requirements
- Some experience in customer service and IT support
- knowing some php, mysql, flutter and/or laravel is a plus
