Job Description

• Manage healthcare departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
• Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short and long term financial goals.
• Develop and customize the business line marketing and communication plans.
• Manage research, market scan, evaluate findings and prepares information for decision-making.
• Build up system and manage the improvement of current Business Development processes.
• Effectively manages the team resources and leads the program to successful execution.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in healthcare industry has a plus point.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possesses leadership skill to lead a Department.
• Able to travel when required.
