Job Description

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
• Handle customer engagement process
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Manage incoming leads and follow up
• Building leads Database (CRM)
• Managing Event Driven Marketing (EDM)
• Generate leads report for weekly sales meeting (from CRM)
• Manage social media posts
• Conduct solution demo to client in office or at client preferred location

Job Requirements

1. Proven sales experience
2. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
6. Has basic IT knowledge or relevant working experience is an advantage
7. Fluent in English
