Job Description

• Oversee the daily operation of outlet for efficient operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
• Make sure all equipment is correctly handle and maintain.
• Obtain customer feedback and improve the service level.
• Able to navigate unexpected situations/ conditions and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address customer queries courteously and ensure the highest satisfaction of service are met.
• Liable for the day-end accounts closing.
• Involved in monthly inventories control and maintain an optimum stock level to meet the business needs.
• Able to delegate tasks to respective staff in peak season arrangement.

Job Requirements

• With at least two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in food and beverage industry.
• With good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and effective problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work under minimum supervision.  
• Good knowledge of F&B Service procedures and food product.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
