Job Description
- Product and market research for our international customers from US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
- Adding products into our Shopify stores
- Basic knowledge on SEO, SEM and Google Analytics to ensure high quality product page
- Enhancing customer experience on website
- Ability to identify market trends
- Familiar with potential product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market
- Sales reports and analysis
- Monitor E-commerce sales and analyse sales trends
Job Requirements
- Strong command of the English language (especially written), proficiency in Mandarin will be a bonus
- Experience in E-commerce
- Familiar with ecommerce systems such as WordPress+Woocommerce, Shopify, Magneto, OpenCart
- Enjoys sales and marketing
- Accountable and responsible
- A creative yet structured mind
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Resourceful, and proactive
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
