Job Description

Some of your roles and responsibility would be to monitor daily transaction alerts through the established fraud mitigation processes, evaluation and assessing new client/merchant portfolio, carry out investigations for suspicious transactions and merchants and any other ad hoc work as needed to fulfill the job requirements.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of paperwork for submission to the partner banks.
  • Performing scheduled follow up with the respective banks and partners for application status.
  • Underwriting, evaluating and assessing new client/merchant business portfolio.
  • Monitor and execute credit/payment refund process.
  • Communicate and recommend process enhancements or changes.
  • Any other ad hoc request by superior.

Work Experience Requirements
  • Strong executional and detail orientation.
  • Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Vision and passion for creating and evolving process development and change.
  • High integrity, and facilitates open, honest communication.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage both large and small scale activities.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Foundation in IT, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge in IT related to the e-commerce space is an added advantage.
