About The Job

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for matters specific to new and current clients. 
  • Managing technical support and deployment operations 
  • Maintaining these existing relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued business 
  • Attend to technical default enquiries and response. 
  • Managing the flawless execution of technical operation in terms of deployment, training and education to F&B. 
  • Provide all technical training to related party including Channel Partners. 
  • Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed. 
  • Travelling to client sites and trade shows for technical support. 
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support of company’s software and services to via email and phone 
  • Provide onsite installation, migration and troubleshooting at customer premises. 
  • Monitor and oversee backend system settings and data entry accuracy. 
  • Work closely with colleagues in a team-based environment 
  • Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior/HOD or the company may assign from time to time 

Job Requirements

  •  Willing to work in KL
  • Minimum Diploma Holder Required 
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in technical support field, preferably in a IT industry or F&B (Café, Pub, Hotels, Restaurants etc..) will be advantageous. 
  • Network in the F&B industry will be advantageous 
  • Basic skill set for technical support and system configuration 
  • Sales initiative, confident and mature that can operate independently and as a team. 
  • Commands good communication, negotiation & presentation skills 
  • Strong client-facing experience needed 
  • Self-starter, proactive and can drive own assigned tasks/projects 
  • Quick leaner & self-motivated 
  • Proactive and a proven problem solver 
  • Business acumen and simple business strategy logical thinking. 
  • Good command in English and a secondary Language
