Job Description
- The crucial point of contact with the client to coordinate and manage objectives, requirements and deliverables
- Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Manage internal and external deliverable to ensure timelines are met
- Build the elements of our virtual events platform based on the templates provided (some basic coding will be required)
- Conduct client training
- Monitor event traffic and engagement actions and proactively resolve issues
- Compile post-event campaign report
- Improve user journey and experience to increase the desired engagement actions (e.g. apply clicks, chat engagement, sign-ups, etc.)

- The ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
- The ability to prioritise effectively based on impact and urgency
- Exceptional communication skills
- To be versatile, adaptable and dynamic
- Basic knowledge of coding will be an advantage
