Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive (Education Counselling)  at EduAdvisor:

  • You will be the voice of our company, where your advice will guide the students who approach us for help in navigating their education journeys 
  • With the help of the Education Consultants, you will be counselling students to help them decide on their education choices
  • You will learn the ins and outs of communicating effectively, how to solve intricate problems and gain deep product knowledge in the education industry
  • You will have a clear career progression within our company to Education Consultant, but we are flexible if you would like to try your hand in one of the other teams too. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in basic office software (Google Docs, Email)
  • Good work ethic with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work well in a team setting
