Job Description
- You will be the voice of our company, where your advice will guide the students who approach us for help in navigating their education journeys
- With the help of the Education Consultants, you will be counselling students to help them decide on their education choices
- You will learn the ins and outs of communicating effectively, how to solve intricate problems and gain deep product knowledge in the education industry
- You will have a clear career progression within our company to Education Consultant, but we are flexible if you would like to try your hand in one of the other teams too.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic office software (Google Docs, Email)
- Good work ethic with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Able to work well in a team setting
