About The Job

  • Provide strong secretarial support to Senior Specialist, Risk Assurance to manage their workload and activities
  • Coordinate and organize meetings
  • Attend and take minutes of meeting 
  • Draft and prepare reports, presentations, emails and other documents
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf 
  • To attend to any necessary activities as required from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Finance/Economics/Law
  • High degree of multi-tasking, professionalism and time management capability 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
