About The Job

  • Purchase Requisition (PR) submission & manage Purchase Order (PO) issuance via RAPID system – daily task
  • Received documents for PR creation, then need to buzz for PR approval, once approved only PO will be issued.
  • Act as middle person on behalf of the requester in case there is budget issue during PR creation
  • Good Receipt Note (GRN) invoices via RAPID system (work closely with Accounts Payable team) – daily task
  • GRN needs to be done via RAPID and pass to finance account payable (AP) to initiate the payment process
  • Act as middle person between requester and finance team if they need further info on the payment they are making.

Travel arrangement – daily
  1. Direct request from the requester
  2. Request from colleague 
  3. Support colleague when she is away
  4. Claims for Director and Manager – when required
  5. Since both are using edotco AMEX card which has yet to be reflected in the Concur, additional task is to prepare memo for AMEX claim manually.

Office operations - daily
  1. Update stock for both stationeries & pantries item
  2. PIC for pantries electric appliances – coffee machine, cuckoo water filter etc
  3. PIC dealing with facility services – Sodexo 
  4. Manage courier services invoices, newspaper invoice etc

Refreshments PIC – once a week/when required
  1. Management’s meeting refreshments
  2. Other events if required refreshments
  3. Visa application – when required

Job Requirements

  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2- 5 years of related/work experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in English – written and spoken 
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
