Job Description

• Partner with Sales to refine lead qualification process, analyze & report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
• Partnering with Sales Directors to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly content for Management Committee presentations & Sales Pipeline reporting
• Managing and maintaining sales data in Microsoft Dynamic CRM
• Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales team
• Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
• Set up dashboards and reports, both in CRM and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement
• Identify, build and manage additional sales tools/ systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration
• Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders.
• RTC Special Pricing Approval (RTCSPA) Registration Management - Ensure that all RTCSPA requests are registered with Group and assigned with reference numbers according to the NTC & Responsible in ensuring the completion of the conditionals approval before the final signed off the RTCSPA forms.
• Group Commercial Management systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamic CRM etc) focal point from user feedbacks/inquiries.   

Job Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree
• 2- 5 years of related/work experience
• Technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM & familiar with sales process and governance
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, a high-degree of efficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Planview PPM Pro/ Anaplan preferred.
• High proficiency in English – written and spoken Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
