Job Description

• Take ownership of the company data environment to maintain data integrity and data management.
• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Gather data from various sources, conduct analysis, and create dashboards and reports.
• Interact with all teams and department to learn and respond to their data needs accordingly.
• Prepare reports and dashboard, ensure timely delivery of all data reports and updates.
• Managing resources - Making sure data up-to-date and formatted correctly
• Manage and leads data reporting and queries to all teams and department (Marketing, IT, Writers and Editorial, Management)
• Establish and manage quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Monitor, review and clean data to make sure data reported correct (QA/QC).
• Troubleshoot and find a solution in case any data error.
• Additional ad-hoc tasks: Data entry, completing slides figure, internet research.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
• Good with SQL in term of writing, editing and fine-tuning script.
• Knowledge and hands-on with NoSQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, etc.
• Self-starter, independent and able to learn new tools fast.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
