Job Description

• Manage in-coming and out-going documentation and calls
• Handle petty cash and samples requests
• Calculate after delivery project costs for comparison
• Handle walk in clients
• Assist with identifying and respond to opportunities & tender request.
• Preparation of quotations, handling inquiries and setting up meetings for introduction presentations potential clients
• Prepare POs/ Quotations/ Invoice/ DO
• Enter opportunities into sales management tool
• Assist in the monitoring accounts and prepare payments
• Liaise with external advisors and relevant Authorities
• Interact and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
• Suggest, develop and implement effective administrative support system and upkeep this
