Eber help businesses build and run their member and loyalty program. We are a smart member solution comes with comprehensive loyalty & rewards system, marketing, gift card and analytic tool.

Eber enables retailer of all sizes to easily acquire, reward, engage and understand their customers. We are featured in TechinAsia 2016, Echelon 2016, Seamless Exhibition 2017 (by e27) and CommunicAsia 2017.

You are expected to:
  • Be enthusiastic and passionate in helping out businesses build and grow their membership and loyalty program through technology.
  • Engage with customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Create a great buying experience for Eber’s customers globally.
  • Represent Eber professionally by understanding potential lead’s business requirements and consult them for a solution either over the phone, via video conference calls or in person (if necessary).
  • Convert leads to won deals!
  • Able to manage your own sales funnel through sales CRM and manage your own leads diligently by keying in notes and ability to provide reports whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

You are required to:
  • Possess excellent communication skill in English both written and verbal.
  • Experience in either one of the followings:
    • Software sales (SaaS)
    • B2B sales
    • Inside sales (Zoom, Join.me)
  • Great interest and knowledge in the tech world.
  • Matured, self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
  • Comfortable working in a Startup environment and culture.
  • Team player and work well with colleagues and customers.
  • Office located in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Possess own transportation is a plus point.
