As a customer experience specialist, you're entitled to keep your clients happy and contented so that they would recognize us!
Your task includes:

- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquires, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's product.
- To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Requirements
- Immediate hiring for Fresh Graduate with zero experience– Full Training Provided.
- Required language(s): English
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
