Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our company and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing strategies.
As an intern, you will collaborate with various of our department. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our company growing.
This internship will help you acquire a few skills and provide you with knowledge of various business strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Assist in preparing promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize company events
- Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
Education/Certification/Professional License:
- Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketings, English Language, Economics
- Students with practical or educational experiences in business administration, management
Language Skills:
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with co-workers
- Ability to write full specs English content writing (articles)
Reasoning Skills:
- Ability to apply common sense and critical thinking to carry out instructions and make decisions within the scope of authority
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and internet usage
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
- Ability to write clear and concise e-mails, articles, letters
