Job Description

What you will do:

• You are responsible for executing digital campaigns and SaaS solution projects to its successful conclusion in collaboration with internal teams.
• You will be working closely with customers and your colleagues to achieve the desired outcomes.
• You will consult with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business, and how EasyUni can value-add and be optimized for their specific situation and needs. 
• You will communicate insights from customers to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, etc.), to review, plan and together translate these insights into actions, hence improve the solutions and overall customer experience. 
• You will train customers in the creation of accounts, information insertions and familiarise them with all the features available within EasyUni’s solution.
• You will conduct monthly and/or end of campaign post-mortem reviews with customers.
• You will be the expert in sharing knowledge with customer in their learning journey and exploration of features that they deem useful.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree, preferably in a digital marketing, business and/or mass communication discipline.
2. Self-motivated and a results-driven attitude.
3. Confident and articulate presentation skills.
4. Excellent organisational and planning skills. Able to prioritise and create order in chaos.
5. Excellent time management and resilience under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. Clear logical and critical thinking.
7. A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership.
8. Bonus: Have knowledge of and experience in digital marketing.
9. Bonus: Experience in the digital agency/marketing industry, in areas of Customer Success, Technical Consultancy, Project Management, or a related scope.
10. Bonus: Have a track record of successfully owning ppc campaigns.
