About The Job

 Advise clients on digital change so they can keep relevant in social media, web and mobile environments. Help clients keep pace with their changing requirements and digital solutions.

The candidate will be working very closely with our Performance Marketing and Analytics team to evaluate key performance metrics and optimize campaign results. The job will require close and frequent collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, sales, strategic communication, people and information technology. He/she must possess a strong marketing background with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • To lead strategic planning across digital platforms to provide direction for a brand's presence.
  • Overseeing the overall strategy and content development of all marketing and branding campaigns for clients and for the company. This includes leading the creation/production of inspiring design, videos, content and campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  • Be an Expert in Digital Marketing. A Growth Hacker. ( with proven results) This person need to be able to scale up unpaid traffic quickly and manage a team to do this - via content, SEO, social etc. Must be an efficient executor. 
  • To collaborate with the different internal teams to develop, implement and evaluate digital paid media content to meet business objectives and improve digital paid media performances.
  • Deep-dive into digital analytics to understand why certain content performs better and provide actionable insights backed by digital data.
  • Stay on top of the industry changes to ensure we stay ahead of the curve on digital and social.
  • To find viral and interactive content to create inspiring stories for target market.
  • To work independently and receives minimal guidance.

  • To work closely with client and internal  team to manage strategy, development and publishing of content across all digital channels.
  • Conceptualize creative content ideas based on briefs received from clients for all types of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Translate the concept into a deck and pitch / present to prospective clients.
  • To create a real digital connection by advising and recommending the most strategic creative content/ approach to clients that is best for them in long term.  
  • Work closely with the client to complement or execute plans for targeted distribution and amplification of the content that we produce.

Branding & Marketing:
  • Build and manage branding guidelines and assets
  • Define and execute the marketing and branding activities according to our plan
  • Coordinate all marketing and branding activities to raise awareness, generate leads and retain existing customers
  • Design the customer experience and manage on-ground activation campaigns
  • Develop the strategy and content direction for all social media channels
  • Lead the development of blogs, op-eds, and thought leadership articles to boost company’s media profile
  • Track performance of all marketing and branding campaigns and to continually optimize them and derive insights and learnings which can guide future efforts


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in content marketing and brand positioning
  • Prior experience of leading a team (2-3 direct reports will be assigned to this role)
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Innovative design aesthetic and experience in digital creative
  • Good working knowledge of social media landscape and breaking media trends
  • Strong experience in both online, offline and on-ground campaigns and activations
  • Good knowledge of what types of content do well on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
