Job Description


  • Responsible for Sales Leads.
  • Capture market data and provide feedback.
  • Managing sales activity within the business portfolio and product range.
  • Promote and demonstration of Company's product to new and prospective leads.
  • Establish, maintain current clients and potential client relationships.
  • Monitoring competitor’s business-related activities.
  • To identify threats, opportunities and tracking of competitors' products and activities.
  • Giving lead proposal, negotiation and sales confirmation.
  • Achieving weekly prospecting and face to face appointments goals.
  • Developing long term business relationships.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding given sales goals.
  • Self-time management and punctuality of reporting submission.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities when required from time to time. 

Job Requirements

Soft skills & Personality:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business studies or relevant discipline.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years relevant experience in sales line, preferably those from office automation products industry.
  • Computer Literate (Able to use Microsoft Office software effectively (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint). 
  • Good communication (both written & verbal) & negotiation skill.
  • Good Customer Services skills & knowledge.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
  • A good team player, self-started, dynamic, result-driven, multi-tasking and able to work with less supervision & independently.
  • Must be pleasant, well-groomed and matured.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage.
