Experience in procurement, budgeting, contract administration, measurement of quantities, variation orders and final accounts preffered.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or other related qualification
- Able to manage multiple projects, liaising with clients, contractors and local authority.
- Willing to travel and work in outstation sites for extended time if required.
- Possess good numerical skills, sharp analytical thinking, strong negotiation, technically competent in administering construction contracts, strong integrity and financial prudence
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Fresh graduates with positive attitude, willingness to learn, analytical and extremely thorough in details are encouraged to apply
