About The Job

You will be our first creative hire in Malaysia. We're looking for someone to:
  • Lead and grow the content creation team. 
  • Assist on new business pitches - ideation, mockups
  • Oversee art direction, creation and timelines of creative production of social media posts and ads (including online videos, gif, animation, graphic design, photography etc)
  • Coordinate with freelancers as needed in the creative process

Job Requirements

  • Be highly responsive to digital trends, especially social media
  • Have both the flexibility to collaborate with the team to bring ideas to fruition as well as to work independently to do so.
  • Comfortable with creation of multimedia material using Adobe Suite
  • Experience in leading a creative team
  • Experience with social media content production
  • Digital manipulation skills will be a plus (post processing of images: e.g. DI out wrinkles in clothes or skin / comping different images together, and video editing)
  • Sensitivity to design elements: effective social media storytelling, alignment, colour usage
  • Sensitivity to copy; being very good in English (written & verbal) is a necessary tool in your artistic arsenal
  • Although you are NOT expected to be a jack of all traits, highlight any other notable capabilities you have (e.g., love for infographics, 3D animation etc)
  • Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered
