Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by executing digital marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels. This is a position where you will work closely with the management team. Contribute to the growth of the company by marketing our products and services to the beauty market via digital channels.
You will be primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. You will focus on campaign-specific results and drive our campaigns performances. You will need to be analytical, strategic, result-driven and geared towards top notch optimisation for every campaign.

Responsibilities
- Crafting and managing ads on mainstream social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok & LinkedIn)
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns to drive sales performance for GEM Clinic services
- Setup, monitor and optimize paid traffic performance by working closely with internal team & freelancers to achieve assigned targets like CPC, ROI, CTR, etc
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit company needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Be responsible for new user acquisition and old user retention
- Liaising with external agencies on any new or on going projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in media editing tools & digital marketing tools (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zapier, FB business manager, Google ads manager, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Experience with Social Media strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Experienced in Beauty or Aesthetic industry will be an added advantage
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
