Job Description

• Create visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
• Source and liaise with freelance copywriters, designers, programmers to meet tight social media calendars’ creatives production timeline.
• Execute, monitor, optimize various social media platforms / websites for multiple clients in the beauty industry.
• Utilize advanced tracking tools and methods to measure advertising results across multiple accounts and campaigns;
• Managing, monitoring and responding to online reviews, careline and live chat.
• Compile ,analyse, present weekly and monthly reports for clients;
• Work with the latest beta trials, cutting edge technology and leading experts in the social media field;
• Map out and drive a comprehensive marketing strategies, plan and budget.
• Monitoring and report on relevant industrial trend and activities.
• Discover breakthrough strategies, tools and ideas in the world of social media and implement them across various business units.
• Key KPIs are return on investment (ROI), the growth of social media followers, growth of websites traffic, numbers of leads/sales from organic traffic.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing / social media
• Marketing/Business/Management/Digital Marketing related graduates are encouraged to apply
• Sharp attention to details.
• Able to read and write in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge in graphic/video editing will be an added advantage
• Positive attitude and flexible personality
• Able to work on your own and as well as with the team
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Well versed in MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets;
• Good-eye for design and creatives;
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with tech marketing tech tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GTM);
