About The Job
- You will be the first point of contact in our wellness center and duties including offering administrative support across the organization.
- You will welcome our clients while greeting them, coordinate front-desk activities, including managing phone calls, client appoint flow and clientele queries.
- Have the professionalism in you to handle all client enquiries on the spot.
- Cater to the management's demand but you could provide suggestion in order for room to improve.
- Basic understanding of the 3 major languages in Malaysia: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Good communication skills and ability to show excellent teamwork while managing client.
- Have basic computer skills for simple data entry
- Experience with customer service is highly valued
- Multitasking and stress management is essential for this position
