About The Job

  • To prepare accounting entries and reconciliation with month-end closing process.
  • To verify daily sales taking, bank reconciliation and invoice processing.
  • Administration works including HR function(payroll)
  • Maintain and update all human resources records such as new hires, employment confirmation, extension, termination, resignation etc.
  • Leave and time attendance administration
  • Account Receivable and Payable.
  • Multi-task as directed on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments
  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely reporting and submission of monthly/periodic financial and management reports.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent
• Required skills: full set of accounts skills, accounting software (MYOB), Microsoft Office
• Possess an analytical mindset and high level of attention to detail
• Independent and initiative, with a positive working attitude.
