Job Description
Objectives:
- Collaborate with the Management Team in increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies
- Assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data
- Recommend ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments
- Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary
Responsibilities:
- Monitor bulk upload sheets to ensure consistencies and quality standards are met
- Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives to delight customers
- Daily product auditing and helping suppliers to upload the products on the website
- Assisting team to troubleshoot issues that may occur, be it with supplier or customers
- Maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
- Creating, communicating, and maintaining quality control policies and standard work procedures to other departments
- Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), & Google Apps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2-3 years working experience, preferably with business development or sales exposure in eCommerce / logistics / payments / retail trade industry.
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Fluency in English is a must-have.
