Job Description

• Lead and direct the 3PL Fulfillment Operations to achieve key goals and objectives and the execution of a business operational plan
• Supervise processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation & utilization of the pick areas
• Full span of control of fulfilling orders 
• Ensure accurate execution of SOPs for order fulfillment
• Engage with sellers and buyers to represent the fulfillment operations 
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement by managing team to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement process improvement
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on appropriate logistic processes and procedures
• Managing and driving order fulfilment activities plans
• Accountable for achieving smooth order fulfilling procedures
• Monitor all order fulfilment statistics and reporting in support of the department operation.
• Interacts with peers and related staff across all departments on the implementation of fulfillment strategies
• Demonstrates continuous initiative and provides recommendations for improving processes
• Assures proper product is picked properly and accurately for all custom orders
• Maintain efficient productivity standards in all pick areas
• Ensure the proper execution, accuracy, timeliness and shipping of orders
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheet and Microsoft Words & Excel
• Preferably at least 1 year of customer support or operational experience
• Ability to quickly learn & adapt onto organizational structure
• Strong verbal & writing communication skills (Compulsory: English) (Bonus: Malay & Mandarin)
• Ability to self-initiate and work in an ambiguous environment
• A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
