Job Description

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute campaigns/projects. 
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with campaign/project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with campaign/project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting campaign/project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarising relevant information.
• Establishing effective campaign/project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of campaign/project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the campaign/project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful campaign/project elements.
• Evaluate campaign/project value and marketing barters.
• Review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance post-campaign season.
• Utilize data to innovate new ideas and improve SOPs to drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor progress of campaign/project using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Preparing and delivering marketing/project plans within key objectives.

Job Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience.
• Proven experience as a campaign and/or project specialist or similar role. 
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing campaigns/projects/initiatives involving various teams.
• Strong project management and execution abilities. 
• Strong business sense and stakeholder management.
• Structured, analytical, strong work ethics, and is performance-driven.
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Has team-management and leadership skills - ability guide, motivate, and to delegate tasks to team members effectively. 
• Highly meticulous under pressure and good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
