About The Job

  • Cold calling using a given phone directory to reach potential clients for events and seminars
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
  • Use scripts to provide information about events/seminars information etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in our database system
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Report to Sales Director on your weekly performance

Job Requirements

  •  Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quota.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely well organized and process-driven; capable of multi-tasking.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel .
  • Persistent and results-oriented,Enthusiasm, timeliness, professionalism, desire to learn .
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
