About The Job

  • Identify sales opportunity based on customer pain points and potential 
  • Set up appointments and callbacks for the sales consultant
  • Then connect the client with the Sales Manager so that the sales consultant can follow up
  • Maintain a positive relationship and reputation 
  • Deliver compelling presentations via telephone, email and in-person presentations with the objective of selling SKALE's adtech and marketing automation platform
  • Apply a consultative approach towards selling to middle level executives and individual real estate agents
  • Serve as brand ambassador for SKALE, representing the best interests of the company and industry partners
  • Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
  • Provide feedback to management on customer responses and input

Job Requirements

  • We accept candidates who are currently pursuing or possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferred but not necessary some Sales experience or telemarketing experience
  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to think on the spot
  • Creative with devising new sales strategies to help improve conversion rates
  • Independent but also able to collaborate in a team environment
