About The Job

  • Responds and initiates contact with client brands on Facebook, Instagram andTwitter comments, inbox messages & live chats. 
  • Moderates and responds to social media channels per internal community management process guidelines as well as external client social media process guidelines.
  • Updates daily comments & reports to supervisor/clients.
  • Manages efforts in building online reviews and reputation. 
  • Monitors online reviews and responds to each review. 
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write fluently in BM & English. Ability to speak and write in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good at using Whatsapp and other messaging tools.
  • Good knowledge in social media trends (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Able to commit to daily comment reply schedules.
  • Able to respond during off days/holidays/weekends (only when needed).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 - 3 years experience in customer service in any industry are welcome to apply.
  • Diploma in Mass Communication will be an added advantage.
