Job Description

  • inspecting and answering customer queries in a professional manner
  • escalating issues and problems to CEO whenever necessary 
  • assisting in collection and recovery of payments 
  • handles complaints and any dissatisfaction from the customers professionally
  • to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 
  • ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation & filling to support all admin entries and communication with customers & internal stakeholders
