About The Job

DOJO is seeking a motivated and talented Sales Executive to support our CEO with a “go-getter” attitude. You’ll be expected to lead sales calls with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline through the process.

What You’ll Do:
  • Speak with prospective clients about DOJO office space solutions
  • Door-to-door sales
  • Manage your sales pipeline
  • Report on your performance
  • Build and grow relationships with sales channels

Job Requirements

A few things you'll need:
  1. No fear... of rejection.
  2. Direct sales experience, or an ability to master the art of sales quickly.
  3. High emotional intelligence. You like people and connect easily with others. Able to identify client needs that are being sub-communicated. 
  4. "Pitbull" follow up. If you can't reach someone by phone, you try them by email. If they say no, you call them back anyway.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. You take the initiative to identify potential obstacles and proactively create solutions.
 
You Ideally Have:
  1. At least 1 years in direct sales roles 
  2. Experience in real estate or B2B sales
  3. Experience in door-to-door sales
  4. Experience working with managers and teams located remotely
  5. Laptop with webcam
