Job Description

• Welcome and check-in of guests and members.
• Welcome and register drop-in visitors before taking them on tour.
• Answer incoming enquiries from all communication channels.
• Sign up new members
• Manage meeting room reservation for guests and members.
• Collect mail and notify members

• Assist in answer incoming event space rental inquiries and follow up with registration and payment
• Assist in coordination with catering partners 
• Assist in setup events according to client's needs
• Oversee events and problem solve any issues that arise
  
  
  
  

• Assist in community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including weekly yoga sessions, happy hour, and networking events.  
• Get to know members and develop long term relationships.

Job Requirements

• Dedicated and diligent work ethic – You demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility and accountability.
• Strong command of the English language (fluency in other languages are a bonus!)
• Able to organize and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service experience preferred.
