Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone call to potential clients and promote our service.
- Make appointments with potential clients via phone calls and e-mail.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Managers.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills are essential for this job.
- Must be able to build rapport with prospects.
- Must be able to deal effectively with people who may be angry at receiving an unsolicited call at home.
- Eager to learn to acquire the product knowledge to present products effectively and answer prospects’ questions accurately.
- Good knowledge of telephone and computer systems
- Cheerful and energetic
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Tamil/Mandarin is a plus)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Communication. Preferably Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
