Job Description
- Responsible for providing financial advice
- Conducting intermediary services between the client and the Insurance Company, and selling life insurance policies.
- Conduct a needs analysis for every client to ensure that the correct products are recommended.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales & activity report.
- Attend weekly meetings and training.
- Drives individual, contribute to the overall group sales target.
- Up to RM 3,000 monthly allowance with a commission based on sales performance
- Additional incentives reward on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Comprehensive structured training & development programs
- Flexible working hours and locations
- Offer for Full-Time job upon outstanding performance during the internship
Job Requirements
- Own transport
- Highly ambitious
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Good research skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A positive, dynamic attitude
- Must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced / higher / graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma or professional degree in any field
