Responsibilities
  • Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
  • Recruit potential sales agents and retention of sales agents.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  • Implementing training programs to support skill development and competence.
  • Effective monitoring and evaluation of the sales agents.
  • Ensure sales agents have the necessary support systems to assist them to deliver their budgets.
  • Implementing tools and systems to manage time, activities, and desired results.
  • Coaching and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.





Job Requirements

We welcome the following individuals who wish to build their career:

  • Malaysian Nationality (Age 35-55)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor and above qualification
  • Minimum  6 years of working experience at Sales Managerial position
  • Strong management skills to ensure short and long term objectives of the company are met
  • Able to work independently and be an active team player.
  • High interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Preferably Banking / Financial Services/ Public Mutual’s / Unit Trust Consultants (UTCs) / Insurance background
