About The Job

Our growing insurance company is currently searching for a highly-analytical and professional Insurance Agent to join our team. If you’re a talented and sales-minded professional with a passion for the insurance industry, then we’re interested in you. Your chief goal as our Sales Representative will be to generate new business by contacting potential customers and building lasting relationships.

To be a successful Insurance Agent, you should provide good customer service by maintaining the existing client base and implementing measures to expand the customer base through active marketing, social media, and other programs.


  • Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Distribute policy proceeds after a claim is submitted and approved.
  • Analyze the client’s current portfolios and make recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with promotional content in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering client questions about services, policy contracts, products, prices, and availability.


  • Up to RM 9,000 monthly allowance based on sales performance
  • Up to extra RM 5,000 monthly allowance based on team sales performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Communication or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance sales or similar role.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • A passion for sales
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
