Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
  • Developing and preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  •  Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about services, policy contracts, products, prices, and availability.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
