Job Description

• Be professional, courteous, motivated and energetic, as well as possess the necessary math skills to track sales.
• Passionate about customer service
• Provide analysis on financial risk and needs-based advisory services to clients.
• Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles. 
• Giving sales presentations to clients.
• Maintaining a close relationship with customers and clients at all times.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs or promote financial products and services.
  
  

• RM4000-RM 9,000 monthly basic allowance
• Additional RM3000-RM 5,000 monthly allowance based on team sales performance 
• Basic overriding commission up to 6 years

Job Requirements

• Age from 25-45
• Possess minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Having Finance /Actuarial/ Business background would be an added advantage.
• Having sales experience would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any field.
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong entrepreneurship mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
