Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the development of e-commerce channels in Malaysia Market;
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors and formulate operational strategies;
- Regular export of e-commerce market analysis report.
- Define & Implement in-site promotion scheme.
- Constantly updating products to meet the seasonal and market changes, and continuously optimizing the user experience and online shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team for online store design, ensuring international best practice standards being met.
- Continuous improvements to the user shopping experience with the team to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for a variety of data analysis.
- Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings.
- Determining content for display on portal, based on data analysis and trends.
- Customer service.
- Implement online advertisement investment inside platform.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
