The opportunity
We are on the lookout for someone who is passionate to help people to solve their problems, has a customer-first mindset with good communication skills to join our current 7-member strong loan consultant team. The team has received over 900 5-star reviews from customers on Google Business Page & Facebook.

What will you be doing?

Handle incoming prospective customers’ enquiries, building rapport, learning their needs and recommend the right personal financing products that are most suitable to their requirements
Follow up and ensure remarkable borrowing experience for all customers throughout the loan application process
Identify and communicate feedback from customer to management for continuous improvement
Assist in any marketing and brand awareness campaigns

Are you the one?

Customer-first mindset
Committed, highly motivated and looking forward to an exciting and rewarding career
Possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience and persistent. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
Organised and able to follow-up cases in a dedicated manner. Result orientated
Experience in customer services will be an added advantage
No finance experience is welcome to apply. Training will be provided
Fresh graduate with good communication skill is also welcome to apply

ABOUT DIRECT LENDING

We believe every hardworking adult deserves to have access to safe and affordable borrowing

But for many of us, the reality is contrary. According to the World Bank Report on Financial Inclusion in Malaysia (May 2017), only 25% of the adult population, and 15% in the B40 group, has formal bank borrowing.

For borrowers who are declined by formal banking channels, their current financing options are just not good enough. Many loan scammers or unscrupulous money lenders are readily to take advantage of their vulnerabilities. These are all well documented.

We started Direct Lending to change this, making safe and affordable loan accessible to every hardworking adult at anytime, anywhere; helping them to address their needs or to fulfil their dreams.

Direct Lending is an online personal lending platform, enabling borrowers to find, apply and receive financing that best suits them in a safe and affordable manner. There are currently 10 financing providers on the platform. Direct Lending is a recipient of Cradle CIP300 funding in 2019 and graduated from Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre's (MaGIC) Global Accelerator Programme in 2017.
