Job Description

We are looking for several results-oriented, self-motivated Learning Advisors (sales executive) passionate in driving our education vision! As our Learning Advisor, you are not just recruiting students; you are recruiting the next generation of digital talents who will be leading digital transformation and modern businesses/organisations. You will be working closely with the Student Recruitment Manager and executing a mixture of innovative and conventional student recruitment activities with the goal of driving new student enrolments for our Pre-U and Degree programmes to exceed existing targets.

Job scope
  • Act as on-the-ground recruitment team to drive leads generation and leads follow-up to meet planned enrolment targets
  • Plan and execute student recruitment activities (e.g. virtual events, school visits, career fairs etc) to reach target audiences stakeholders (e.g. students, counsellors, parents)
  • Provide program counselling and application support (discussions) to prospective students from outreach activities and inbound inquiries to increase student enrollment
  • Track and report KPI such as student engagement and conversion rate to Student Recruitment Manager on a weekly basis or as necessary

Job Requirements

 Language / skills
  • Strong command of English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Excel / spreadsheets

Experience / qualifications
  • Minimum education of Foundation / Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Prior experience in Sales / Marketing or knowledge in Malaysian education landscape preferred

Character Traits
  • Hardworking, proactive, accountable, driven and results-oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Willing to travel (preferably with personal transport); after MCO
