Job Description

• Act as on-the-ground recruitment team to support leads generation and leads follow-up to meet planned enrolment targets
• Support planning and executing student recruitment activities (e.g. virtual events, school visits, career fairs etc) to reach target audiences stakeholders (e.g. students, counsellors, parents)
• Provide program counselling (discussions) to interested students (leads) and build excellent rapport with leads and prospective students
• Follow-up new leads and escalate the high-potential leads to the recruitment team
• Facilitate end-to-end student recruitment procedures from handling application forms to guiding through enrollment process
• Track and report KPI such as student engagement and conversion rate to Student Recruitment team on a daily basis or as necessary
• Work-based learning and improving your understanding of the relevant projects
• To support with any ad-hoc tasks when assigned

Job Requirements

• Strong command of English, Malay, and Chinese (preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Excel / spreadsheets

• Minimum education of Foundation / Diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Experience and passion in education field
