Job Description

We are looking for front end web ninjas who are dedicated to their craft, write code that they are proud of and can hit the ground running! We need you to write beautiful, fast codes to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways as well as to create modern and engaging web experiences with the help of our UI/UX Design Team.

You will be a part of a software development team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching. You'll also be working closely with the other internal departments in the areas of designs, digital marketing, infrastructure, testing and deployments. We're a close-knit family that work together on innovative and exciting projects, so we want you to be part of our DS Family!

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Write "clean", well designed code following industry standards
Develop beautiful responsive web interfaces that is supported cross-browsers
Translate wireframes, web designs, and functional requirements into fully functional user interfaces
Deploy the related optimization practices to improve user experience on websites
Proven web development experience in WordPress, Bootstrap Framework, HTML5 & CSS3, AJAX.
Knowledge in ReactJS, VueJS, Foundation, etc skills is an added advantage.
Understanding of open source projects like Lavarel, Drupal, Yii Framework, Agile methodologies, Version Control tools, and CMS such as Sitecore is an advantage.
Follow industry best practices and keep up to date with the latest Front End technologies
Working closely with the UI/UX Designers, the Software Engineers and Digital Marketers (where necessary) to deliver the best results.
To have strong work ethics, is team-oriented & dependable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Be able to thrive under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): HTML5 & CSS3, jQuery/JavaScript, WordPress, Bootstrap Framework.
Additional skill(s): PHP, ReactJS, VueJS, Foundation
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Full-Time position available.
