Job Description

• Be the custodian for a specific B2B product in the Digi-X portfolio, and be adaptable to manage different products when the need arises
• Support cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, engineering, sales and more) to drive growth of the business (grow revenue and happy customers)
• Construct and automate internal processes / flows to ensure operational efficiency
• Conceptualize and execute growth strategies for both small and large enterprise customers
• Work closely with our developers on the Scrum process, which includes facilitating sprints and ensuring the smooth delivery of product upgrades and new features
• Use measurable outcomes and translate business insights into actionable plans to drive results and increase productivity across projects and campaigns
• Create operational rhythm by forecasting, analysing, tracking and reporting

• This is a generalist role that provides exposure to many different aspects of the business. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset coupled with the executional discipline to roll up their sleeves and get things done
