Job Description

• To identify new agents based on criteria given by Head of Department.
• To perform outbound calls to new agents to promote Didian platform and projects
• Onboard new agents to Didian platform.
• Attend to appointments set and present to agents when necessary.
• To familiarize with company’s project and response to agent’s queries
• Maintain good relationship with agents.
• Achieve monthly sales KPI and daily calls KPI.

Job Requirements

• Strong performer and motivated to deliver high standards of work.
• Outgoing and persuasive personality
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Being able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Possess own transport
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Possesses a minimum of a Diploma in any field
• Fresh grad and candidates are encouraged to apply.
• To excel in this position, candidates must be proactive, open to learning, able to multi-task, innovative driven and able to meet goals and deadlines.
• Candidate must be able to work effectively and independently within a dynamic and fast-paced company organization.
• Must able to travel independently, and able to work when required on weekends (replacement leave provided).
