About The Job

Didian’s Sales Executives help to identify sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with the users on our platform. You will work with Didian’s various departments, ensuring our agents get the support they need to run their businesses smoothly and effectively on our platform. You should possess a passion for real estate and building relationships, and an ability to think creatively and independently in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment. 
Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Establish strong relationships with users on the Didian platform, and support their activities on our platform
  • Support Didian’s platform users in their day-to-day queries
  • Proactively identify further new business opportunities for Didian
  • Develop strong knowledge of all aspects of the Didian business model and the real estate market
  • To be able to evaluate individual performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Participate in Didian events and fairs to promote the platform’s services and enhance Didian’s corporate branding

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements
  •  Strong performer and motivated to deliver high standards of work.
  • Outgoing and persuasive personality
  • Minimal one-year sales/customer relationship experience
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Being able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
  • Possess own transport
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • University Degree preferred
For successful candidates, we offer the following:
  •  Regular working hours from 10am to 6pm-Monday to Friday (However, the requirement to work on weekends to cater to the needs is a must due to high activity during these periods. Replacement leave will be provided in place of individuals working over the weekends)
  • Basic salary and attractive commission aligned with performance
  • EPF & SOCSO are provided
  • Relevant training and skills development will be provided to build your competencies
  • Exposure to the property industry through active participation in relevant events & fairs.
  • Miscellaneous allowance e.g. travelling will be provided.
